Membership is based on a scaled annual fee as follows:

| 5000+ units | BAND 6 £2,818.76 plus VAT | |
| 3001 – 5000 units | BAND 5 £1,127.60 plus VAT | |
| 1501 – 3000 units | BAND 4 £845.73 plus VAT | |
| 500 – 1500 units | BAND 3 £563.81 plus VAT | |
| Up to 500 units | BAND 2 £338.29 plus VAT | |
| Voluntary & community groups | BAND 1 £112.76 plus VAT |
