2 Send the completed application form to us via fax on 0870 1432733 or post to Katherine Joynson, Housing Diversity Network, Colne Valley House, 511b Blackmoorfoot Road, Huddersfield HD4 5NR or email to katherine@housingdiversitynetwork.co.uk. When we have recieved your application we will send you an invoice.

3 Once we have received payment from you we will send you a certificate of membership and a welcome pack. The pack will include a reference number for your staff to quote when using the enquiry line service. You will then also be able to register to enter the members only area of this site.
