Equality Standards Quick Guide Thames Valley Housing Thames Valley Housing recently produced this 'Quick Guide' for staff. They wanted to produce something that would ensure that all staff members were aware of the organisation's Equality Standards and had access to them in a format that relates to everyday service delivery. All staff members have received a copy of the guide, which is also posted on their intranet.
