Embracing Diverse Communities: Helping to Promote Inclusion of Minority Ethnic Groups Race Equality for Tenants Organisations Project Tenants, residents and their representative organisations have a central role to play in promoting equality, inclusion and community cohesion. The Race Equality for Tenants Organisations Project has produced this best practice and training guide which could be used by tenants groups themselves or by staff working with tenant groups. It would also provide a starting point for developing policies and publicity material.
