The Healthcheck takes an external, independent look at an organisation to highlight strengths and weaknesses, and to identify practical ways of moving forwards. This is ideal for organisations confident of their approach but looking for some external verification and some new ideas.

Equality & Diversity Review - Preparing for Inspection

This review is intended to help organisations prepare for inspection by the Audit Commission. It uses the Housing Inspectorate's Diversity Key Line of Enquiry (KLOE) as a framework for assessing current performance and making recommendations for addressing areas of weakness.

This briefing session is designed to provide Board and Committee members with clear and concise information about the Housing Corporation's regulatory requirements, the broader context of the Race & Housing Inquiry and the expectations of the Audit Commission. It also offers an opportunity to explore the issue of how Boards can demonstrate leadership and provide direction on equality and diversity matters.
