Evidence shows that women are less self-assured than men – and to succeed confidence matters just as much as competence.
This workshop looks at what we can do about closing the gender confidence gap and is suitable for :
- Anyone working in Organisational Development, Human Resources and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Managers who are keen to support the development and progression of team members
- Anyone interested in gender issues and what holds us back.
The session will be delivered by Jane Atherton, an Organisational Development specialist with over 20 years’ experience in People, Culture and Organisational Development. Jane has a keen interest in this area, runs her own Organisational Development business called Hooga Consulting Ltd. Jane is Chair of Ashton Pioneer Homes and a board member of Women in Social Housing Yorkshire and Humber region.
