We are a membership based organisation, providing advice and support on equality, diversity and inclusion issues to the social housing sector within which we have a high profile and excellent reputation.
We are seeking a new Chief Executive with energy, commitment and creative thinking as well as:
- Strategic, business and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion
- An understanding of the social housing sector
- Excellent communication skills
We are a small team working in a busy environment. Getting the best out of your team to deliver HDN services will be essential. You will share our values, have a flexible approach, be able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
The role is offered up to a full time role but HDN has a very positive approach to flexible working. For the right candidate we will consider a flexible package from 21 hours to 35 hours per week and all options in between provided that it makes good business sense. We are also flexible about where the role is based. Benefits offered include membership of Social Housing Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employer contribution and health insurance.
