About you
We are looking for warm and friendly Support Workers who have a natural caring nature, great sense of humour and a positive energy that brings a smile to people’s faces.

Person Specification...

• Care Certificate, is desirable.


• QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, is desirable.


• Full driving licence, is desirable, but not essential.

*To be eligible for the £750 a joining bonus, you must meet the following criteria:

• If you have not been working in the care industry for the previous 2 years OR have come straight from education (eg, college, sixth form, apprenticeship).


• You must be employed for a minimum of 8 hours per week.


• The scheme must be a CQC registered provider in Suffolk.


• You must work for at least 12 weeks with Orwell and pass this starting period to qualify for the payment
