Riverside have a new opportunity for a Performance & Development Coach, working full-time, on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. What will you do? You will work as part of a team to train, coach and develop staff, to help them achieve targets and provide a quality Customer Service to Riverside’s customers. Day to Day: Your key responsibilities as Riverside’s Performance & Development Coach will include: • To prepare and ensure that training packages are kept up to date. • To deliver training packages to Riverside employees. • To deliver ad-hoc training, as and when required, to other stakeholders • To communicate the department’s goals and targets, to ensure staff understand their role in achieving objectives. • To ensure improvement in performance, through coaching and monitoring.
