As a Recovery Officer you will work with customers to enable them to pay their rent and service charges, providing an accessible and informative service, and striking the right balance between enforcement and support.

This is a performance and target driven role focused on providing the right support, at the right time and delivering a consistent high-quality service. With a lot of on the job learning and development, the right person will have the opportunity to really thrive and support the team in continuing to be a sector leader in this area.

A full UK driving licence and the use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role

To be considered for this role you must provide a supporting statement as part of your application which details how you meet the ideal candidate requirements listed below, giving relevant examples to support this.

Experience working in performance and customer service-driven roles, such as income collection, housing, or leasehold management

Strong literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to quickly retain new knowledge

Proven experience of effective communication with a range of different customers, recognising their individual needs and working flexibly to meet these

Experience of using a wide range of IT systems and/or software applications
