About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that makes a real difference to people's lives. As an Asset Data Admin Officer, you'll sit at the heart of our Asset Management Team acting as a vital link between our residents, contractors, and surveyors to ensure that planned works and essential home adaptations are delivered smoothly and to the highest standard.

This isn't just a data entry role. You'll be speaking with real people about their homes, supporting vulnerable residents through important processes, and making sure the information that drives our improvement works is accurate and up to date. The role - What you'll be:

We are a small team who deliver vital planned improvement works and essential adaptations to our housing stock each year.
You would be assisting the team by:


  • Supporting residents with queries about current and upcoming works, making sure they feel heard and kept informed.
  • Guiding vulnerable customers through the adaptations process, providing regular updates to improve their comfort and safety.
  • Ensuring contractor handover data meets our quality standards and is accurately recorded in our asset management systems.
  • Recording and monitoring customer satisfaction surveys and work refusals to identify trends and drive service improvements.
  • Assisting with booking surveyor appointments and managing mail merges.
  • Liaising with contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to deliver the best possible service for our residents.

    We need someone with a passion for delivering high quality customer service. You should be someone who understands that behind every data point is a person’s home.
    We’re interested in hearing from people that have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers and a commitment to customer care and safety, with an ability to handle sensitive conversations with compassion, treating every resident with respect and dignity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word). Experience with housing systems such as Keystone or AccuServ is good but not essential.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and an ability to balance competing tasks and deadlines.
