As an Asset Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our asset data is accurate, reliable and meaningful. Your work will help shape investment decisions, support compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to our long‑term sustainability and decarbonisation goals.

What you’ll be doing
  • Collecting, validating and maintaining high‑quality asset data across our systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analysing asset performance, lifecycle costs and condition data to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Producing dashboards and reports to support decision‑making, performance monitoring and risk management.
  • Working closely with Service Managers, Project Managers and other teams to embed data insights into delivery.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement by developing strong data‑sharing relationships across teams and partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data processes, systems and governance to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Contributing to predictive modelling and data‑driven approaches to investment planning.
  • Supporting compliance by ensuring data aligns with regulatory requirements, including EPC and decarbonisation targets.
  • Playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives across Asset Management.
  • Supporting funding bids and strategic projects by providing accurate data and insight.

    What we’re looking for
  • A degree in Data Analytics, Asset Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within housing or asset management.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems and data governance principles.
  • Understanding of social housing compliance and sustainability requirements.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, SQL and Power BI.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and present findings clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A problem‑solving, detail‑focused and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an adaptable and innovative mindset.

    Why this role matters
High‑quality data is at the heart of everything we do in Asset Management. The insight you provide will directly influence how we invest in our homes, improve performance, and deliver safe, efficient and sustainable housing for our customers.

If you’re motivated by making a real impact through data and want to be part of a forward‑thinking, improvement‑focused team, we’d love to hear from you.
