Inclusive recruitment masterclass for 80 managers as part of a programme of leadership development.
Organisation-wide three year programme of EDI training, with targeted sessions for operatives based in the community, office-based and hybrid staff, and those with line management duties.
Workshop held jointly for a group of involved tenants and staff members, covering a refresher on the foundations of EDI, the context of those principles in housing, emerging themes and guidance from regulation and sector guidance, and engaging with a more diverse range of tenants.
Workshop for line managers on creating a disability confident and inclusive workplace.
