HDN offers a range of online EDI and board training sessions, often at discounted rates for members. Silver and Gold members may be able to use their credits to attend for free, just check with your main contact before booking. These member-only groups focus on a variety of dimensions of diversity. They provide safe spaces for networking, sharing good practice, influencing policy, and helping member organisations improve in those areas. They take place mainly online, as we believe that the groups should be accessible for everyone, no matter your location or how big your organisation is.
HDN’s study visits and roundtable events are exclusive to our members, offering valuable opportunities to explore best practices and engage in meaningful EDI discussions both within and beyond the housing sector.
We host three key conferences each year, bringing together professionals from across the housing sector. Our Autumn Conference, held in October, serves as a reflective end-of-year event. In spring, we run a dedicated Board Members Conference focused on leadership and governance. During the summer, we hold our Scottish Equality Conference, which highlights regional priorities and we discuss key topics on equality and inclusion across Scotland.
