The tools have been designed for housing and related sector organisations committed to attracting, selecting, and retaining talent that reflects the communities they serve. These are not a compliance checks — they are development tools grounded in reflection, dialogue, and recommendations for practical action.
HDN offers recruitment support services to help organisations ensure that their hiring and talent acquisition processes are accessible, fair, and free from discrimination or bias. We can act as a Critical Friend throughout the whole hiring process, or simply help you with extra advertising assistance.
