Our Inclusive Recruitment Audit tools are structured, evidence-led reviews of your organisation’s recruitment practices through the lens of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The tools have been designed for housing and related sector organisations committed to attracting, selecting, and retaining talent that reflects the communities they serve. These are not a compliance checks — they are development tools grounded in reflection, dialogue, and recommendations for practical action.
We are currently piloting two tools – one which looks at approaches to general workforce recruitment, and one which focuses specifically on recruitment for board or other NED roles.
