Diversity Groups

These member-only groups focus on a variety of dimensions of diversity. They provide safe spaces for networking, sharing good practice, influencing policy, and helping member organisations improve in those areas. They take place mainly online, as we believe that the groups should be accessible for everyone, no matter your location or how big your organisation is.

Purpose and Benefits

Allow colleagues from different organisations to discuss issues specific to particular communities or protected characteristics.
Share best practices, challenges, and resources relevant to that group.
Influence strategy, planning or policy in relation to diversity areas.
Build community and peer support among members dealing with similar EDI issues.
