Support and invest in your people:
Discounted/free places (Depending on your membership tier) on our HDN Staff Mentoring & Development Programme (SDMP). Our CPD accredited mentoring programme provides career development guidance and support to staff through a series of mentoring workshops and one to one mentoring sessions.
The SDMP is an effective and value for money approach to supporting and investing in your staff. The Programme runs from September to June each year. Our programme is CPD certified, giving participants the opportunity to build their knowledge, develop their skills and gain recognised CPD hours. Your staff can take part as mentors or mentees, with both roles offering valuable learning and development opportunities alongside their day-to-day work.
