Everyone at HDN is aware how health and wellbeing at work has become a serious concern for individuals and employers in the fast-changing sector according to the Burnout report by NHS Medical Heath 2023.
We feel that this workshop is one of many steps to creating healthier work environment and wellbeing of self.
This workshop invites you to take a moment to think about what you need to do differently to achieve and fulfil your vison of wellbeing. It is important to recognise that your own journey is different but, together we will share tips and advice to support you growing and going forward.
This workshop will be held online to ensure ease of access.

What are your concerns and challenges? Why they are?
Share and discover strategies to help you rethink how to reach your personal goals.
Connecting with others to improve your wellbeing.
Helping you to understand and identity some practical tools to assist you in improving your wellbeing.
Explain and define what health and wellbeing is and is not!
Looking at Nutrition, Exercise and relaxation as this is all part of looking after self
Formulate and agree action plan – moving forward goals- what works you reflecting on your strengths.
Please be prepared to come along to be open, to listen and willing to share.
We also have professional attending to provide advice and an opportunity to answer your questions in the area’s mental health and wellbeing.
Additionally, we will follow up with a session to see how you are doing with your action plan and get feedback. The best bit – we also offer a 1:1 coaching session if you have any questions or concerns outside the workshop.
