Neighbourhood Services Trainee
Salary: £24,500 per annum plus excellent benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week – we are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’
Contract Type: 2 year fixed term
Location: Hybrid working – a mixture of home and office working at our office in Speke, Liverpool.

What will your role be?
Working under the direction of our Neighbourhood Services Team Leader, you will support our Neighbourhood Team to deliver an effective and high-quality service to our customers, including our Independent Living Schemes. You will assist in delivering key customer projects, complete visits and estate inspections, and support with administration.

You will work towards a fully funded nationally recognised Level 3 in Housing Practice qualification.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can clearly demonstrate our values in all aspects of their work with a passion for learning and self-development and able to commit to the requirements of a level 3 qualification.

The successful candidate will be educated to A-Level or equivalent (grade A* - C/ 9-4) and will be an enthusiastic and committed individual who is passionate about a career in housing.
