Three Sixty is the construction, repairs and facilities management subsidiary of Stockport Homes Group and we have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our Board of Non-Executive Directors.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate one or more of the following:

• knowledge or experience in the construction or contracting sectors.
• commercial awareness, including an understanding of finance/business planning.
• an ability to think strategically and be part of successful decision making.
• ability to work collaboratively.
• some knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector.

Successful candidates will bring with them a wide range of views and experience to be able to contribute to the team by working collaboratively with us whilst offering their own ideas.

You’ll be committing to an average of one early evening meeting per quarter, two Group Board away days per year, one Three Sixty away day and occasional ad-hoc training sessions through the year.

The role receives a modest remuneration and expenses are covered.
