We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of General Construction Operative within the Damp and Mould Team. The role will be covering our properties throughout the Northeast.

About the role
We are looking to appoint a General Construction Operative to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service within the newly formed Damp and Mould team.

About you
You should possess all the relevant experience and practical knowledge and skills necessary to deliver all aspects of damp and mould cleans and the follow-on decoration works to both small and large scale works to a high standard in occupied, void, domestic and non-domestic premises.

You should also have good customer service skills and excellent knowledge of health and safety.

A full UK driving license is essential.

  • Salary is £ 26,571 per annum (pending pay review)
  • Location: North East
  • Regular travel will be required
  • 37 Hours per week
