Come and make a difference at the Karbon as a Finance Co-ordinator

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Finance Co-ordinator in the Finance Team. Our team mission is to provide high quality financial services, support and advice and to be a key enabler of success within Karbon.

About the role
Responsible for finance related issues, in the directorate you support, including:

  • Supporting the delivery of accurate financial information.
  • Assistance with month end accounts preparation.
  • Providing support and guidance to budget managers.
  • Supporting production of annual budgets and year end accounts.
  • Ensuring value for money in all costs.
  • Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

    About you
    You will be part-qualified AAT looking to progress your professional qualifications with experience in a busy finance department with at least 18-months experience in finance. You will be confident collaborating with colleagues throughout the business. Experience of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.

  • Finance Co-ordinator – Permanent role
  • Salary is £27,194 per annum (pending pay review)
  • Location: Hybrid working – contractual office base to be agreed
  • 37 hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
