What we’re looking for from you to join our team:


To join our team as a Project Manager, we are looking for an individual project manager role, with strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. They should be able to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to enable successful project delivery.


The ideal candidate will have experience of working with one (or more) project methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum and qualifications such as Prince2, AMP or equivalent. You’ll need to have good stakeholder skills as we recognise that change starts and ends with people, and being able to articulate project aims, objectives and benefits will be key.

One project might be a two year long strategic journey that covers procuring a new system and implementing it, or it could be a 12-week sprint that looks to implement/experiment with an idea that looks to make a positive impact.

We offer hybrid working and you will be working a 7-hour day between Monday – Friday.
