Manningham Housing Association (MHA) is seeking a dynamic and skilled Property Asset Manager to lead our capital and cyclical works programmes with dedication, ensuring top quartile performance and maximising customer satisfaction. This role is key to maintaining the safety, compliance, and improvement of our housing stock, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Spearhead maintenance and improvement projects (Planned & Cyclical) from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in performance, customer satisfaction, and budgetary efficiency.
• Strategic Procurement: Take charge of procurement processes, drafting, issuing, and managing contracts to uphold our commitment to quality and value.
• Compliance: Lead and support MHA’s Health and Safety Compliance, ensuring 100% performance in critical areas like gas servicing, fire safety, and electrical testing, among others.
• Asset Data & Decarbonisation/Net Zero: Lead on the retention, updating and maintenance of the Asset Data Register. Maintain and update EPC register, and programme works to ensure MHA remains compliant with EPC and thermal performance requirements.
• Budget Oversight: Craft and manage budgets with a keen eye, providing regular financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Sustainable Innovation: Lead initiatives on asset data management and MHA’s net zero program, aligning with government and regulatory frameworks.
• Empathetic Leadership: Develop and mentor your team, focusing on professional growth and personal empowerment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

You Bring:
• A degree in a property-related discipline, with CIH level 4 or committed to achieving it.
• Proven expertise in project & asset management within the social housing sector.
• Understanding and experience of the project life cycle and the impact of being in a regulated sector has on the decision-making process, health and safety standards and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• A strategic mindset with robust budget management skills.
