We’re currently recruiting for a Digital Innovation Strategist to help support maximising the social and financial value of our assets through digital innovation.  You’ll have the opportunity to build a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, driving customer and business value, managing priorities and workload for the team, and striving to continuously improving efficiencies realises as well as the products delivered by our team.

Working in our Digital Strategy Team under our Lead Digital Innovation Strategist you will support the discovery, planning, development, and deployment of business solutions. As well as looking for suitable solutions to the challenges faced by our organisation out in the open market.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have a great eye for detail and can adapt and pivot quickly.

  • Be driven by metrics and results and can or will have a keen interest in developing the ability to analyse product/product launch success factors.

  • Have a keen interest in learning how to evaluate, build and support digital solutions using appropriate systems development methods, tools and techniques.



  • Have a keen interest in gaining experience working in an agile development studio environment.

  • Demonstrate some understanding of how multiple solutions link to each other

  • A keen interest in learning how to develop strategic thinking of solution development with a view to future sustainability.

  • Some experience with story mapping and user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and analysis
