We are looking to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced individuals to undertake the post of Sales and Lettings Officers within the Sales, Lettings and Customer Care Team.

 

About the role

 

The role of Sales and Lettings Officer includes the delivery of affordable home ownership products in both new build and the existing portfolio, for example; Rent to Buy, Shared Ownership, Outright Sale and Market Rent.

 

To work as a part of the Sales, Lettings and Customer Care team. To have a proven record in meeting and exceeding targets, securing, and delivering results and understanding the significance of customer satisfaction.

 

To collaborate with other colleagues across the business, as well as external clients and support a culture that delivers results and service excellence and promotes the Karbon values and brand.

 

About you

 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Lettings Officer to join the team and contribute to the delivery of affordable home ownership products, as well as market rent and outright sale, whilst providing an excellent customer experience.

 

You should be a team player who thrives in a busy team and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets across a variety of tenure types.

 

Great communication skills are a must, to collaborate effectively both with colleagues and external stakeholders, and being a great ambassador for our Karbon values and brand.

 

You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do and be prepared to go the extra mile to achieve excellence in Customer Satisfaction.

 

You will have a background in Sales or Lettings, ideally in both. Experience of the Housing Sector would be beneficial.

 

A full UK driving licence is essential.

• Sales and Lettings Officer – fixed term, until 31 July 2026


• Salary is £34,359 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,260 per annum (pending pay review)


• Location: Greengates, Stanley


• Regular travel will be required


• 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
