We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Asset Sales and Disposals Manager in the Asset & Regeneration Team. This post will be based at our Stanley or Gosforth offices and is a permanent full-time position.

About the role
The successful candidate will lead the strategic delivery of portfolio, asset and leasehold disposals, managing a team of three to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes. They will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer focused service while driving the existing asset sales programme and achieving annual targets.

About you
We seek an enthusiastic and personable individual with knowledge and experience of the sector, with a proven record of delivering successful and strategic asset disposals. They will have strong knowledge of current legislation and regulatory guidance and be able to deliver a customer-focused approach that ensures high standards of service are consistently maintained.

Strong communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential, as well as the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

Asset Sales and Disposals Manager – Permanent role

Salary is £49,769 per annum

Karbon car payment of £2,260 per annum

Location: Stanley or Gosforth

Regular travel will be required

37 Hours per week with some homeworking available / flexible working
