Are you looking for a place to belong and help others find their way home? We’re looking for a Repairs & Voids Coordinator to help make a difference every single day.

The role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Repairs & Voids Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality repairs service. In this role, you’ll manage the scheduling and cost tracking of works, ensure clear communication across teams, and provide vital support with data, investigations, and performance reporting.

Although not an exhaustive list, key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule inspections before and after repairs to help surveyors assess what work is needed and check that completed work meets quality standards. Arrange follow-up checks if needed.

  • Work closely with colleagues, contractors, and partners to keep track of repair progress and make sure all updates are recorded in systems such as Orchard.

  • Assist with bringing in data from outside sources, assist with creating performance reports, and support complaint investigations by tracking any follow-up work.

  • Reconcile contractor invoices with purchase orders, to make sure they’re correct and approved, and help support resolution for any payment issues raised by the team or suppliers.


  • We offer hybrid working but there is an expectation that you attend the office 3 times a week, and additionally as needed.

    For this role we are looking for individuals who have:

  • Experience of working in an administration role.
  • Experience in liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to report and analyse data.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and able to manage and prioritise own workload and to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook), and use of business systems.
