About the Role:
As a Housing Caretaker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our communal areas are safe, compliant and welcoming for residents.
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll spend most of your time out in our communities, working independently across multiple locations.

This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term role, working Thursday and Friday. Your main base will be Merseyside, though occasional cover in Cheshire may be required, so flexibility and the ability to travel are essential.
You’ll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays. This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
