We're looking for a Community Safety Officer to help create safe, sustainable communities where customers are proud to live.
You'll manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases from initial assessment through to resolution, carrying out investigations, gathering evidence, preparing witness statements, and supporting legal action where required. You'll work closely with both those affected by ASB and those responsible, helping to achieve positive and lasting outcomes.
You'll also represent Alliance Homes in partnership meetings and, where appropriate, County Court proceedings.
Our Housing team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to delivering excellent services for our customers, with plenty of opportunities for learning and development.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in ASB, social housing, tenancy management, community safety, or other customer-focused roles with transferable skills.
You'll be a confident communicator with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, able to build positive relationships, manage challenging situations, and provide an excellent customer experience. You'll work proactively, show empathy, and put customers at the heart of what you do.
The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
As this role involves travelling across our communities, you'll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle or an alternative means of transport that enables you to meet the requirements of the role.
