Salary: £14,303 per year (£29,400 FTE)
Hours: 18 hours per week

You will support our learning programme, events, campaigns, internal groups, recruitment processes and our ongoing communications as well as providing innovative ideas and working collaboratively with other local and national organisations to really support inclusivity for our colleagues and customers.

About you
Our ideal EDI Coordinator will have:
* An understanding of the Equality Act and of the importance of inclusivity.
* Experience building networks externally and researching information.
* Administrative experience.
* ILM Level 4 Managing Equality and Diversity – desirable (or motivation to achieve this)
