We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Floating Housing Support Worker to join our team!

As a Floating Housing Support Worker you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to enable service users to meet their day to day housing and mental health needs by providing goal orientated support plans. Helping users to develop meaningful activities, maintaining contact with family and friends and managing finances.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of clients.
* Develop and implement support plans.
* Act as a vital link between clients and other agencies.
* Recognise and address risk and safeguarding issues promptly.

If you have:
* Knowledge of housing support services
* Experience of working with service users
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
