The Role
The Learning & Development team at Orwell are looking for another individual to job share with our current administrator!

The purpose of the Learning & Development administrator is to help deliver a high-quality administrative support role which focuses on the timely, appropriate and cost-effective delivery of engaging learning, training and development events to colleagues, whilst working collaboratively with teams throughout Orwell to ensure the delivery of the organisation’s visions, values and objectives are met.

To actively contribute to the service delivery of the L&D team and assist in the continual development of the service through adoption of best practice, keeping pace with key trends and supporting software capability.

As part of this role, you will also:
* Support the administration of work experience placements.
* Support the achievement of mandatory training.
* Work with stakeholders to review the mandatory training matrix on an annual basis.
* Support the promotion and delivery of ‘Orwell Academy’.

About you
Our ideal Learning & Development Administrator will …
* Understand basic word processing and understanding of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.
* Have previous experience or knowledge of Learning and Development best practice, desirable but not essential.
* Be able to work using initiative, have attention to detail and good communication skills.
* Be able to adapt to fast paced role.

Person Specification:
* 5 GCSEs grades 9 – 4 or equivalent including English and Maths is desirable.
