We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Extra Care Scheme Coordinator in the Supported Housing Team. Supporting customers to enable them to live independently in their own homes and give them the opportunities and tools to thrive

About the role
The Extra Care Scheme Co-ordinator will oversee the daily running of the building. You will work closely with the Assistant Scheme Co-ordinator, first responders and other site-based staff members to ensure the highest standards in compliance and customer service for our residents, enabling them to live safely & independently in a thriving environment.

You will be responsible for our resident’s journey with Karbon, starting with allocations and tenancy sign ups, through to ending a tenancy. You will be adaptable and a self-starter, looking for ways to continuously enhance our service offer for our residents.

About you
We are looking for a confident communicator and co-ordinator who can work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver excellent service including building and housing management.

This is a busy and responsible role. No two days are the same. You will excel in being adaptable to situations that can present themselves suddenly within an Extra Care environment

• Salary is £33,809 per annum


• Location: Weavers Court, Alnwick, NE66 1SZ


• Occasional travel will be required for team meetings / absence cover of the wider team.


• 37 Hours per week (based onsite)
