Location: Based in Leigh, Greater Manchester, WN7 4LJ, with travel to other offices

Salary: Circa £90k (negotiable)

We are now looking for an exceptional Operations Director of People to join our leadership team and to lead and shape our HR, Payroll, Health & Safety, and Facilities functions. This role is pivotal in aligning our people strategy with our ambitious business goals, ensuring a high-performance culture while championing inclusion, diversity, and employee development. From helping to drive forward our Corporate Plan and overseeing a high-profile EDI mentoring agenda to implementing a new HR system, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
