Intervention and Enforcement Officer

You will be a key member of our Community Safety Team delivering a responsive and proactive service to our residents in tackling anti-social behaviour, hate crime and domestic violence, making sure we comply with legislation, policies, and procedures. You’ll investigate anti-social behaviour enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with effectively, promptly and sensitively and you’ll attend court when necessary. You’ll need to have experience of case management and an understanding of legislation and best practice and its impact on anti-social behaviour within the community. You’ll also have excellent IT skills and a great eye for detail. We’re looking for someone who has brilliant communication skills and a drive to get things done, working with lots of people to make a real difference to people in our places. You’ll be out and about in our place areas and so will need a full UK driving license/ be able to travel within our areas and have a flexible approach to working hours. You’ll need to be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise work in accordance with deadlines and conflicting demands.
