At HDN, we specialise in designing and facilitating impactful away days for boards, executive teams, and leadership groups. Whether it’s strategy, tackling sticky issues, or team building, our skilled facilitators can design and facilitate participatory events which are energising, playful and fun. Sarah Simcoe

Shruti Bhargava is one of our most experienced facilitators who can work with you to design and facilitate an event tailored to your needs.
As a former Chair who herself commissioned and worked with facilitators to co-design away days for her Board, Shruti is uniquely placed to understand what Boards and leadership teams need from their away days.

Shruti is known in housing for being a strong advocate of social purpose, race equality, lived experience, and championing the voices of the most marginalised. Her past work also includes training and facilitation with tenants’ groups, leading on housing inspections, and leading on transformational change ‘Best Value’ programmes.

As a facilitator Shruti especially enjoys using participatory and creative approaches to work with groups on vision and purpose, help them unpick ‘impossible’ problems, and design solutions.

She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators.
