Application for HDN Board Excellence Programme 2020-21

Please note this application will take you a few minutes to complete, any fields marked with a red asterisk means they are mandatory questions and you will be required to complete them all before submitting your application. You can also save your application and complete it at a later time.

How to save & complete later

To do this you must click on “save and continue later” at the end of the form. A blank box will then appear and you will then need to put your email address into it, then click on the box “send email”. When you wish to resume your application, go to your email account and you should have received an email with a link to your application form from info@housingdiversitynetwork.co.uk, you can then complete your form and submit it. You have 30 days to complete it once you have saved it to continue later, after that you will need to restart it again.

You may also wish to copy and paste your answers and save to a Word document as you will not be able to access the form from the link once you’ve submitted it. However you can contact HDN if you need a copy of it on boardmentoring@housingdiversitynetwork.co.uk.

Additional Information for Mentee Application

Please ensure that your supporting statement from your Board Chair or Chief Executive is included in your application as you will not be able to submit your application without it. This is to provide organisations with the opportunity to ask any questions about the programme, receive information and demonstrate support for participants.
