We’re working towards our vision of everyone has a home. It’s a bold statement
but one everyone across our business is passionate about.
If you know the value of a safe home and can challenge us to think differently, we want you to join our
Future Board Member Programme and make your lived experience count.

The programme supports our work to ensure our Board membership is reflective of the diversity of our
community, and we believe that to be successful we need to work with a talented and diverse range of
people. We have three exciting opportunities available, and the only criteria is that you have a passion
for making a difference to our colleagues, customers, and the communities in which they live in.
You’ll want to develop, share, inspire and question our Board members to help shape our decision making.
We recognise our customers and colleagues come from diverse backgrounds with varying experiences
and needs, and we welcome applications from people who reflect this.
At the end of the programme, we’re hoping you’ll be able to join us, or another Housing Association,
as a fully-fledged board member.
