Executive Assistant
37 Hours Per Week
Circa £42,100 per annum

We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and an adaptable and organised approach to join us as an Executive Assistant. This role will support the Executive Director for Assets & Development and will provide comprehensive executive support, including a full confidential administrative service, along with diary and email management.

The successful candidate will need to build an understanding and knowledge of the organisation and Executive Director's key areas of responsibility, as well as working closely with the other Executive Assistants to ensure support is provided across the Executive Team, Committees and the Board, including minute taking.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Have experience providing EA support at a senior level
* Be an excellent communicator with the ability to adapt style for different stakeholders including the board
* Have experience of supporting high level meetings and formal committees, including detailed minute-taking.
* Be able to build strong internal relationships, effectively communicating with colleagues whilst upholding our values
* Have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting demands
* Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Be willing to attend approximately 4 evening board/committee meetings per year (TOIL given)
* Be confident in using IT systems and proficient in the use of MS Office programmes
