We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Construction Delivery Coordinator in the Development Delivery Team, delivering a programme of up to 600 new homes per annum across the North East and Yorkshire.

About the role
The role is a new role to provide support to the Development Delivery Team in meeting its strategic and operational objectives. This will include supporting the Construction Delivery Team on collation and inputting of new homes construction and compliance data and supporting Defects Management & Customer Complaints Handling process. The aim is to deliver a seamless high-quality development delivery service for the business, customers, development partners and key stakeholders.

About you
To be an enthusiastic colleague, committed to contribute to the success of the Development Delivery team supporting delivery of the highest possible quality standards of new mixed tenure homes for the business, development partners, customers, and stakeholders. You should have experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective team with excellent computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office programs.

- Construction Delivery Team – permanent role
- Salary is £29,095 per annum
- Location: Flexible (Newcastle, York ,Stanley)
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
