What we’re looking for from you to join our team:

We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader who can bring strong operational oversight and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality housing and support services for older people. You’ll be responsible for managing two extra care schemes and eight sheltered schemes in Liverpool, so experience in supported housing or social care is essential, along with the ability to lead dispersed teams effectively. We need someone who puts residents at the heart of everything they do, ensures compliance, health and safety and service excellence, and thrives in a role that balances strategic oversight with day-to-day management. What you’ll get in return:

We offer hybrid working and you will be working a 7-hour day between Monday – Friday.
