We are looking to recruit ambitious, driven, customer focus people to join our award-winning social housing organisation in our vision to ‘helping our communities, live, grow and thrive together’. Providing a customer focused service, you will help to prevent and address nuisance behaviour, patrol and control access to all our high-rise blocks, and deal with answering our emergency phone line.

The role - What I’ll be doing
The main purpose of the role is to work as part of a team delivering a professional, high quality night-time customer service, the role will include;


  • Concierge

  • CCTV monitoring

  • Mobile security patrols

  • Equipment checks

  • Attending Anti-social behaviour reports within our high-rise tower blocks

  • Fire alarm response

  • Lone working

  • Emergency caretaking and cleaning service of our high-rise tower blocks

  • Phone handling for our OOH telephone line

  • Raising OOH emergency repairs and allocating to OOH operatives


You will be working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern starting at 9pm till 8am Monday to Friday and 8pm till 8am on weekends and all bank holidays as part of a team delivering a front-line service to meet customer demand at first point of contact.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who is comfortable working night shifts.

  • Passionate about customer service

  • Experience in customer facing roles.

  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and working to ensure your work is completed to a high standard and thrive on a varied workload.

  • Full valid driving licence

  • SIA CCTV licence - we would consider applicants who don’t currently hold a licence.
