As a Recovery Officer you will work with customers to enable them to pay their rent and service charges, providing an accessible and informative service, and striking the right balance between enforcement and support.

This is a performance and target driven role focused on providing the right support, at the right time and delivering a consistent high-quality service.

With lots of on the job learning and development the right person will have the opportunity to really thrive and support the team in continuing to be a sector leader in this area.

Our ideal candidate will:  

  • Have experience of working in a performance and customer service driven role, and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and recognise the individual needs of customers at all times.

  • Hold excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills.

  • Have experience of effectively managing a demanding workload and achieving great results.
