Home » Neurodiversity for Line Managers
This session is designed to give line managers practical insights and strategies for understanding and championing neurodiversity.
The workshop has been developed by Professor Amanda Kirby and Melanie Francis FCIPD, two of the UK’s most respected specialists in neuroinclusive practice. Our facilitators have been personally trained by them to deliver it with depth, accuracy, and practical relevance. It can be run over either a half-day or full-day, but we recommend a full-day to get the most out of the workshop and allow participants plenty of time to discuss and ask questions.
