Position: Part time, 8 month fixed term

Salary: £19,029 (£28,163 pro rata)

Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry

Hours: 25 per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support and monitor work and action plans.

  • To carry out Data inputting to ensure up to date records are kept and targets are adhered to.

  • To work as a team with other Citizen staff.

  • To call customers and arrange collection of Bulky items.

  • To close jobs once completed.

  • To collate weekly figures and distribute to managers.

  • All other general admin duties as requested.


Qualifications and experience:

       We need you to have general admin duties as part of the role including

  • Production of reports and stats for presentation.

  • Experience of dealing with customers verbally as required along with proven

  • excellent customer services.

  • A good understanding of Data Protection & Confidentiality is always essential.

  • Knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Ability to be able to switch to different systems during the week.
