What we’re looking for from you to join our team: We are seeking someone who is passionate about improving our business processes to join our team, you will act as a key liaison between the Homes, Customer IT teams, and third-party suppliers during the implementation of the new Homes system, Total Connect.
Your role will involve supporting the build, testing, and training phases of the project, ensuring business requirements are met and supporting colleagues as we go through the transition. The ideal candidate should have experience of working on projects and business improvement initiatives, capable of working collaboratively across teams to deliver improvements. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, you will have a good understanding of repairs and asset processes and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can confidently make decisions and influence change.
A full UK or EU driving license is desirable. The ability to travel to the various Plus Dane office locations, as part of the new system roll out is essential.
