Prima Group is a community-focused housing association with over 2,800 homes across Merseyside. We provide safe, warm, good-quality homes for families, single people, older residents and key workers — and we’re looking for new Board Members to help shape our future.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Board in a key role of Chair of the Audit and Assurance Committee.

Keep customers and communities at the heart of decisions A financial qualification is not essential for the Chair of Audit and Assurance Committee role — but financial literacy is important, as is experience of Board level or working, alongside a Board if not on a Board previously.

What we offer

Annual remuneration:
  • £5,600 for Chair of Audit

Mix of in person and virtual meetings (MS Teams & Liverpool office)

Time commitment

Around 12–15 days a year, including quarterly meetings, away days and monthly briefings. These are a mixture of in person and on Teams.
