Board members, executives, directors, and anyone with line management duties all have a responsibility to model inclusive behaviour and demonstrably value the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion.

It can be difficult to know where to start, and hard to have open conversations about sensitive issues when you are worried about saying the wrong thing.
